There are many opportunities to be a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. Most of our volunteers work on construction projects and have a variety of different skill levels, from novice to expert. Even those who have limited or no construction experience can bring value to the worksite. All you need is to be willing to learn and enjoy working with others.

You must be at least 16 years old to volunteer on a construction worksite. Volunteers under 18 are required to have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Volunteers who are 14-15 years of age cannot be on the construction worksite, but can help running errands and with other tasks.

If you would like to volunteer in ways other than construction, you can help by serving on committees, preparing lunches for the volunteers, or helping in the office.

Its easy to become a volunteer.
